Tranquillity
My inspiration for this work is a Haiku:
Away from it all
Deep breath in of salty air -
Sea tranquillity
The design is based on the sea, the sand and the sky.
The symbols are signs of tranquillity and peace.
Fusing, hand embroidery
All kinds of papers, rusted, altered and painted,combined on a base of cotton.
